ADVANCE MASSAGE REFUND POLICY, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 
  • A deposit of up to 50% is required to secure a booking. In the event of a cancellation prior to or during course term of commencement this deposit is non refundable.
  • There are no refunds given for any deposits, fees or payment installments made prior to commencement or during a course term, whether it be a short general interest course, a post graduate course or a professional accredited course.
  • In the event of a cancellation or withdrawal that is due to an emergency situation, a student is required to submit a full explanation of the reasons in writing for withdrawing from the course. If this course is a professional length program any further financial commitments or obligations may be waived and there will be no refunds on any existing monies that have already been paid.
  • All courses can be rescheduled and rebooked up to 12 months after an enrollment has been submitted in the case of an emergency.
  • All payments received will not be refunded because of:
    Administrative fees, wages, costs, expenses or losses which will be deducted in the case of course enrollment.
    All material and training manuals books, etc. cannot be recycled or returned if course has been commenced.
  • If a student has enrolled into a course and booked any full professional units with a schedule and allocated times or days there are no refunds given on any payments made for those days allocated if the student withdraws or cancels, due to administrative costs, expenses or losses that may incur as a result of cancellation.
  • If a student has enrolled in a professional program and is paying on terms to complete the course, while a contractual agreement may be waived they will be required to retain all course material they are holding at that date. Advance Massage does not recycle second hand course material and no refund will be given.
  • If a student paying on an Individual Subject basis decides to discontinue no refund will be given because:
    (a) Advance Massage does not recycle second hand course material.
    (b) The student is under no further financial obligation
    (c) The student has the option of a 12 month period to recommence completing the Subject and obtaining a Statement of Attainment.
  • Students who have paid in full for a professional program and decide to discontinue will be required to submit a full explanation of the reasons for withdrawing from the course as mentioned, they mat be eligible for a refund under emergency or special situations. These circumstances will be thoroughly addressed and evaluated at the discretion of Advance Massage. Advance Massage does not recycle second hand material. All course material will remain the property of the student. The student will have the opportunity to complete certain units in order to gain a Statement of Attainment should they wish to do so.
  • There is an opportunity for students to discuss their needs to resolve any reasonable requests or matters of concern amicably and peaceably with Advance Massage before making a decision to cancel or withdraw if the reason is of a different nature to and other than an emergency situation.

All information from Advance Massage is accurate and correct however, Advance Massage will not be held liable in respect of any information, instruction or advice provided by Advance Massage, the Principal or anyone connected with Advance Massage. This releases Advance Massage from and against all and any liability, actions and claims of whatsoever nature in connection with, or arising from any such information, instruction or advice given by any student or ex-student, whether the directions given in the course are followed or not. The courses are given as advice and instruction and anyone carrying out treatment under these directions must accept full responsibility for such consultation and/or treatment. All students are responsible for their own Student Insurance.

  • Hours of schedules are subject to reasonable flexibility for the comfort and convenience of both student and client. These schedules can be changed, modified or customized if necessary to fit in with the students commitments such as home, lifestyle, work or family:

Commence 8-8.30 a.m. Conclude 4-4.30 p.m.
Commence 9-9.30 a.m. Conclude 5-5.30 p.m.
Commence 10-10.30 a.m. Conclude 6-6.30 p.m.
